Chippendale cherry secretary desk in two parts, upper portion with broken arch top over two glass doors on lower portion with slant lid over four drawers set on bracket base, circa 1780 doors restored. Note in desk states: Desk belonged to Janz Levitt who received from Anna Hoagland Rice from Harriet Babcock from her father who was nephew to Benj.
