quarter-sawn American white oak, broad overhanging top beveled on underside, slightly canted fall-front with three recessed panels inset with stylized floral motif in pewter, copper, and exotic woods, opening to fitted interior over an open shelf, original hand-hammered copper hardware, marked on back at top with G. Stickley red stamp, later finish, 1903-1904
