Dutch Brandy Bowl, 1652, octagon shaped on cast domed foot with putti and fruit, all sides engraved, one with coat of arms, one with three people at a table, including a man with halo, several women, one on anchor, one with scale and sword, one with urn pouring; the two handles pierced and cast with putti mask with scroll, the interior is finished in vermeil makers mark on base of Anne Heerkses of Bolsward 1652 and marked with monogram of owner, height 3 9/16 inches, length across handles 7 5/8 inches, diameter 4 11/16 inches, 9.8 t.oz.
