Rose-Imari Armorial Soup Plate, enameled with Coat of Arms having cockerel crest above on the border with gilt iron-red bands of flowers, Cock Quartering Roach impaling Trevor Arms, the arms are similar to those on the bookplate in The Franks Collection for Johanna Cock, The Cock Family were in East Indian trade. The owners were possibly Joseph Cock impaling Edwards, Harvey impaling Trevor, this service belonged to the Clark-Jarvoise family for years and credited to this family (small rim flakes), height 1 1/2 inches, diameter 8 1/2 inches, circa 1724.
