cartouches surrounded by fish scale pattern, two
high relief articulating lion handles, set over round
footed base, marked R. S Garrard Panton St.
London, established by George Wichs in 1722 as
the crown jewelers for over 150 years inscribed
“To Edgar Barker Esq. from Clara + W. T. Brand in
Remembrance of much kindness, Jan. 1891”,
circa 1886 / 1887
