Condition Report: Heavy loss to the sheet throughout the upper right corner, creasing to the upper center edge, two approx. 3″ tears to the upper corner, three tears to the upper corner, 2” long creases to the upper right corner, crease to the lower left corner, all creases are breaking the emulsion.
